If he cares and loves her so deeply, then why isn’t her happiness paramount? She even calls herself out as filling that trope. I enjoyed The Last Victim, the first of this series, however, I did not enjoy the second installment, The Last Kiss Goodbye, karrn much at all, until the very end.

I found this tiresome and boring. Jul 29, Pages. Charlotte Lazt, “Charlie” felt cold all over. Stay in Touch Sign up. She is hindered by the ghost of Michael following her around giving his comments on everything from her personal life to ideas about the killer, sometime being snarky and angry and other times being helpful and protective.

I can’t wait to read the next installment, Her Last Whisper, which is scheduled to be released this month August !

With the first book in the Charlotte Stone series The Last Victim, I had to read it twice to digest the story and plotline and decide whether or not I liked it. Charlie personifies, jiss me, the whole TSTL.
