I have leant this book to a friend and although she as never read any of Dorothy Koomson I would have preferred if she had read one of her other more stronger books – such as ‘Best Friends girl’It’s not that I disliked this book but I did find the plot a bit weak.
Although Libby knows hhe Jack’s late wife she becomes more unsure if Jack has ever loved her and if he is over the death of Eve. Libby has a nice life with a gorgeous husband and a big home by the sea. The diaries, while well structured, are not generally a form of story telling I’m fond of. Although the novel was brilliant, I koomdon have to question a few points.
