There are no discussion topics on this book yet. At the beginning tsatxouline the program I again went too heavy too early here and noticed a bit of achiness in my knees, which I have never experienced in my life.


As I said before, the book is a gem and a must own for fitness professionals and weekend warriors alike. I’d be interested in seeing how your other lifts were effected.
